Started counting calories again :(
I upped my intake from 1250 to 1400 though. I always felt hungry at 1250 and so hopefully this will help?
I’ve also noticed I HATE working out lately. I used to love it. But I have skipped so many workouts using every excuse and putting it off until its too late. I’ve even been trying new workouts. Today I made myself to A Jillian Michaels Video I had never done. Still hated it. I don’t know whats up?
